Faith-Filled Moments at Home: A Simple Recipe for Togetherness
Kathleen BShare
In a world that moves fast, there’s something powerful about slowing down — especially in the kitchen. The smell of something baking, the chatter of kids asking to stir or sneak a bite of dough — these are sacred, ordinary moments where love and presence meet🥰
This month, as we begin sharing Caleb’s story — a boy full of heart, questions, and hope — we’re reminded that faith is often nurtured right at home, in the quiet routines that anchor us.
Whether your week was busy or beautifully slow, here’s a wellness recipe to help you reconnect with your body, your spirit, and your family:
Faith-Filled Wellness Tip: 3-Ingredient Banana Oat Cookies
Great for little hands, or grown-up hearts that need something simple and nourishing.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup oats
-
Optional: cinnamon or a sprinkle of chocolate chips
Mash, mix, and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. That’s it.
As the cookies bake, pour your favorite tea or coffee into a mug that reminds you who you are. Our Shine Your Light mug was made for moments just like this — warm, quiet, and full of purpose.
Let This Be a Reminder:
Faith doesn’t always need loud declarations. Sometimes, it’s heard in laughter, smelled in banana bread, and felt in the stillness of a kitchen. As Caleb’s journey unfolds, we hope it invites your family into more of those moments.
With love and light💫
